Viking at ExpoElectronica Moscow

March, 24th to 26th VIKING technical and ESD furniture was exhibited at the largest in Russia specialized exhibition for electronics and components «ExpoElectronica / ElectronTechExpo» in one of the sections of Dipaul company joint booth.

«ExpoElectronica» is the largest international trade fair for the electronic components, PCBs and electronic production both in Russia and Eastern Europe which traditionally held in Moscow, in «Crocus Expo» exhibition center. This year’s show hosted 426 companies from 21 countries and was visited by more than 10,000 professionals. The exhibition’s business program included 42 conferences, round tables, technical workshops and presentations.

On their 300 square meter booth Dipaul company presented most important sectors of company activities on local market, including:

• equipment and solutions for electronics manufacturing
• technologies and machines for microelectronics manufacturing
• wire and cable processing equipment
• test and measurement equipment
• vibration and climatic test and control equipment
• clean room construction and re-equipment
• 3D-printing technologies
• etc.

Dipaul company also performed as main sponsor to IPC Hand Soldering Competition which was held using Viking ESD furniture and VKG Tools equipment.

At VIKING technical and ESD furniture section we presented a number of novelties in workbenches range, few additional workplaces equipment units, new lines of storage systems and wire harness equipment.

First of all, we would like to highlight ALLIANCE Automatic workbenches series, which in addition to a modern, ergonomic design that specifies all aluminum profile workbenches, is notable for motorized height adjustment system executed by electric drive and remote control unit. ALLIANCE Automatic allows setting tabletop height within 3-5 seconds by pressing a button, which is indispensable in certain working processes.

Also, we were pleased to show ALPHA universal series workbench, a simplified ALPHA series workbench without the possibility of additional upper extensions. This workbench can be equipped with specific backside box that helps to extend the worktop depth and hide all wires and cables. The box’s lid is covered with plastic fibers, which also helps to protect power panel from dust and cuttings.

This year we decided to expand our storage systems product line and showed several new items of SP-01 series on the booth: turntable modular storage counter, stationary modular storage counter and 2 bin cabinets with 16 thin bins and 8 thick bins. All modular storage systems are practical, compact and high-capacity solutions for components and tools keeping, that provide further convenience of their usage in different production processes.

We also exhibited a number of new technical furniture units: sliding shutters cabinet and shelf, transportation trolley with perforated panel, new antistatic inserts for drawers and new convenient ESD armchair.

New wire harness equipment line which consisted of wire harness workbench and holders to fix cables on the working surface was exhibited together with wire stripping and cutting equipment in Wire processing section of Dipaul company booth.
