Elcoteq factory
Elcoteq – is originally Finnish company that was listed among five largest EMS companies in the world in mid-2000s. Nokia, Sharp, Sony Ericsson, Huawei and other well-known brands of consumer electronics were among Elcoteq’s key customers. In 2005 the company decided to build a new factory in St. Petersburg suburbs. They mainly manufactured different consumer electronics: automotive hands-free, ADSL modems, sewing machines boards, mobile network transmission stations equipment. In 2009, the factory was sold to "RUSNANO" corporation, since that time the factory switched to LED products manufacturing.
Works and services performed:
- ESD-protected area documentation development and implementation;
- 1500 sq.m. of ESD epoxy floors pouring;
- Factory complex equipment with Viking technical and ESD furniture: 120 workbenches, 80 other storage and transportation units (carts, cabinets, trolleys) were mounted on the factory, a number of different antistatic equipment was supplied;
- Design and manufacturing of customized storage unit under an individual customer's request.
Supplied equipment
All movable tables are equipped with four 75 mm casters, 2 of which are with brakes.
Workplaces are simple, functional and inexpensive. They can be placed in a line with no gaps for conveyor work.
